I stopped in on Valentine's Day morning after reserving a 10x20 unit online a few days earlier. Jessica was able to process the paperwork and explain things to me in about 20-25 minutes. She was very, very helpful and gave me a thorough explanation of options of payment and what the lease specifically says. The unit was very clean. My only complaint is that there was another person who had leased the same unit and his large tv was left inside. Luckily he was there and he removed it from the unit for us, but I feel this should have been taken care of prior.
